À Puget Théniers, in the heart of the mid-Var valley, the via ferrata Les Demoiselles du Castagnet is an invitation to take to the skies. The course, built on impressive cliffs, combines thrills and spectacular scenery.
The route is punctuated by emblematic passages: a Nepalese bridge, a monkey bridge and three zip lines, including a vertiginous descent from 460 metres. The route is divided into two sections, each requiring around 1 hr 30 min., and includes three escape routes that allow you to avoid certain sections and adapt the difficulty to your level.
Accessible almost all year round (except during a short winter period), this via ferrata is open to all those who want to experience a vertical adventure in complete safety.
