Inaugurated in 2011 in the town where the artist lived the last years of his life, the museum offers an intimate, sensory approach to his work. Paintings, drawings, photographs, letters and notebooks make up a rare collection, presented in a building renovated with sobriety and elegance.

More than a simple homage, the museum highlights Bonnard's pictorial obsessions: changing light, suspended moments, sun-drenched interiors, azure landscapes, silent, poetic scenes of life.

Among the treasures to be discovered, visitors can admire :
- Emblematic works such as The Mimosa Workshop or Le Cannet from the balcony
- Preparatory sketches, photographs and diaries
- Personal letters and family archives
- High-quality temporary exhibitions, in dialogue with other modern artists
- A rooftop garden terrace with inspiring views over the hills of Le Cannet

The museum also organizes educational workshops, and conferences, and guided tours, and themed tours of the city, in the painter's footsteps.
