À La Colmiane, just a few minutes from the heart of the resort, the Baus de la Frema via ferrata is one of the most spectacular courses in the Alpes-Maritimes. With its ramps, cables and rungs fixed into the cliffs, it offers aerial progression in the heart of a wild, unspoilt environment.
Long de 1.6 km, the complete route requires approximately 4 h 30 effort. For those who wish to modulate their experience, no less than six escape routes to shorten the itinerary or avoid the most technical sections.
Suitable equipment is essential (harness, helmet and lanyards). This can be rented on site, subject to reservation. For added safety, or for beginners, you can hire an instructor. mountain guide.
