An Airbnb photographer doesn't just take pretty pictures: they think about how travelers browse a listing. On Airbnb just like on Booking, everything hinges on the cover thumbnail, and then the first three photos. The rest of the listing is only read afterwards, once the traveler has stepped inside. The photo shoot takes place in a home ready to welcome us: cleaned, beds made, and rooms tidy and uncluttered. We choose the time of day when natural light best highlights your interior and exterior spaces.

Our photographer takes wide shots to show the spaces, medium shots for the layout, and details for the atmosphere. The photos are taken horizontally, in high resolution and HDR, so that bright rooms remain true to life.

Brightness, contrast, and colors are adjusted for vibrant and true-to-life images. We then choose the order of the photos, placing the strongest one first, and then we integrate them into your ad and what about us let's broadcast across all platforms.

All these photos were taken by our Airbnb photographer in properties we manage in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Nice, Valbonne, and Cagnes-sur-Mer. A villa with a swimming pool and a beachfront studio are not photographed in the same way: in one case, we showcase the space and the exteriors, while in the other, we focus on the light and the view. The principle remains the same for your property, regardless of its size.
The photo shoot is carried out as soon as the property is put up for rent with the Serenity and Comfort packages. With the Digital package, we work from your photos. It is not billed separately, and it is redone when the property truly changes: new furniture, renovation work, landscaped terrace. A listing whose photos no longer match the property disappoints travelers, and that ends up showing in the reviews. The files belong to you: you get them back and you can use them wherever you want, including if you stop working with us.
Because photos are travelers' primary selection criterion: the first one is displayed large in search results and often determines the click. A professional photographer captures the light, volumes, and ambiance of a property much better than a smartphone.

Our photographer comes to your home, prepared for the occasion. They photograph every room and the exterior, in wide and detailed shots, and then retouch the images before they are posted online.
Airbnb requires at least 5 photos to publish a listing and highlights the first 5. We photograph the entire property, every room and the exterior, so that travelers can discover it completely.
