Two real properties, compared over one year: long-term letting versus short-term rental. The difference easily covers the concierge fee, and that is the whole point of a percentage model: if the bottom figure does not go up, we earn nothing either.

A percentage-based concierge fee aligns our interests with yours. Here is what it covers, and the few items that are not part of it.
Our properties
Flats and villas among the 55 properties we manage, under full management or remote management.
Just one: your guests’ arrival. With Sérénité, they arrive whenever suits them; with Confort, a member of our team welcomes them in person and hands over the keys. Everything else is identical.
Everything that happens on site: photo shoot, cleaning and linen, guest welcome and call-outs if anything unexpected happens. We run your listing and your prices, you stay in charge on the ground.
On what your property actually earns: the amount the platform pays you, once its commission, cleaning and tourist tax have been deducted. Percentages are excluding VAT, VAT is added.

As our fees are a percentage of net income, they follow your bookings: no booking, no fees. That is also why we have every interest in filling your calendar. See dynamic pricing.
No. With the Sérénité and Confort plans, cleaning is done by our team and charged to the guest, as on every platform. So it does not add to your costs. See cleaning and linen.
