The residence

What the Domaine du Loup is

A large gated residential estate, situated between Cagnes-sur-Mer and Villeneuve-Loubet, five minutes from the beaches and a fifteen-minute walk from the train station.

A 22-hectare park

The estate can be crossed on foot under the trees. A bus stop serves the grounds, and the buildings have underground parking.

Seven guards

A security gate at the entrance, a 24-hour guard for the estate, and a guard in each of the seven buildings.

Swimming pool and tennis

An Olympic-sized swimming pool open from May to October, three tennis courts open year-round. Access is subject to a fee for residents and visitors alike.

On-site shops

A restaurant that hosts musical evenings in the summer, a pharmacy, a hair salon. Enough to spend a week without leaving the estate.

A concierge who lives on the premises

It is the only thing our competitors cannot copy, and it is the one that changes everything on a daily basis.

We welcome your guests ourselves, in person. Not a transient service provider, not a key box at the end of a hallway. Someone who lives on the estate, who waits for the traveler and hands over the keys in person. Only arrivals after 9:00 PM are self-check-in, and we remain reachable.

We are there in a few minutes. A leak, a household to clean up, a traveler stuck at the gate, a delivery to receive: the distance between the problem and the solution is measured in minutes, not trips.

We know the house. The seven guards, how the barrier works, the pool schedule, the renovation periods, the rules of the residence. A traveler wandering around in 22 hectares is a three-star review.

Can you rent out your apartment for short-term stays at the Domaine du Loup?

Do guests have access to the swimming pool and tennis courts?

Yes, under the same conditions as residents. Access is subject to a fee for everyone, at a rate of €9.90 per day and per adult, €7.90 for children aged 6 to 12, free for under 6, with a minimum of four days. The Olympic swimming pool is open from May to October, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and closes at 8 p.m. at the end of the season when night falls earlier. The three tennis courts are open year-round.

How do travelers enter the residence?

We welcome them ourselves, in person, because we live on the estate. The only exception is late arrivals: after 9 p.m., guests check in independently and we remain reachable. It is a matter of time, not principle. The rest of the time, they are expected, they do not have to look for their building in a 22-hectare park, and the caretaker knows who is entering.

How much does it cost to manage a property at Domaine du Loup?

The same rates as everywhere else in our area: 20 % excluding tax for the Serenity plan, and 24 % excluding tax for the Comfort plan with hand-delivered key handover, based on your property's net income. View pricing details.

Is a registration number required to rent out a property in Cagnes-sur-Mer?

Yes. Every furnished tourist accommodation must be declared at the town hall, and the number obtained must appear on the listing. We take care of this process for owners who entrust their property to us.
