Sixteen square meters on the sixth floor, in a building with a listed architecture from the 1930s that is served by an elevator. It is a small studio, and as such, its appeal lies in its location: Nice Ville Train Station is five minutes away on foot, the T1 and T2 trams are also within walking distance, and the Anglais Promenade is a quarter of an hour away on foot.
The living room includes a sofa bed, a bar with stools that doubles as a dining area, and an open kitchen. It features a refrigerator, cooking hobs, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine. The bathroom, tiled with marble, has a shower and toilets.
Three points that we prefer to write down before booking rather than letting them be discovered on-site. The air conditioning is mobile, It is a portable device and not a fixed installation. There is no no television. And the kitchen has a microwave, but... no traditional oven.
There is also no parking available. The neighboring streets offer paid parking, and two parks are available online: Q-Park Notre Dame, 206 parking spaces, a three-minute walk away, and Interparking Gare Nice Thiers, 577 parking spaces, six minutes away. However, with the train station, the two tram lines and the airport accessible by T2 without changing trains, a car is not really of much use from this address.
