A 190 m² Provençal country house just a few minutes' walk from the medieval village of Valbonne, lively year-round with its shops, bars, restaurants, and Friday market. The house is set in a quiet, gated, and secure residential estate within a Mediterranean garden.

The large living room opens through wide glass doors onto the terrace and the garden. In addition, there is a dining room and a separate kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a raclette grill.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom: on the ground floor, one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and another with a 140 cm double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms; upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, followed by a twin bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, its own bathroom, and a separate toilet.

A heat pump provides heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The mezzanine features a desk and Wi-Fi, perfect for working in peace. Books, board games, and DVDs are available for use.

The 2,400 m² garden features a private swimming pool secured by an alarm, sun loungers, several tables for lunch or dinner in different spots depending on the time of day and the sun, a plancha-style barbecue, and a trampoline at the back of the property.
