Twenty square meters completely renovated, in one of the wave-shaped buildings of Marina Baie des Anges, in Villeneuve-Loubet. The beach is two minutes away on foot, as are the port and its shops. It is an ideal base for two, designed for those who come to enjoy the seaside and do not spend their days in the accommodation.
The living room includes a 160-cm sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. The kitchen opens onto this area, equipped with cooking hobs, a microwave, a mini-fridge, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary crockery. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, with a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

There is no air conditioning. The accommodation is heated but not air-conditioned. In July and August, on the seafront, you can feel it, and travelers have written to us about it. The seaside promenade is followed by a walk to Cagnes-sur-Mer on one side and to Antibes on the other. In July and August, nighttime events enliven the promenade of the Bay of Angels on Tuesdays and the Marina on Saturdays in the evening.
By car, Antibes and its Provençal market on Cours Masséna are ten minutes away, Nice and the Cours Saleya are twenty minutes away, and Marineland, Antibes Land and Aquasplash are a few minutes away, open from May to September.
