A large family studio of 36 m² on the ground floor, in a quiet residence in Antibes. Its 30 m² terrace, partly shaded, overlooks the harbor and the sea: it almost doubles the living space on sunny days.
The accommodation is designed for two adults and two young children up to ten or twelve years old. The air-conditioned living room features a 160 cm sofa bed, a dining area and a TV. A separate sleeping area from the living room houses a bunk bed for children. A sunbed is available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate.
Location does everything: the Antibes train station is a two-minute walk away, so are the shops; the old town is eight minutes away. From the train station, Nice is a twenty-minute train ride away and Cannes is fifteen minutes away, which makes it possible to visit the coast without a car.
The accommodation does not have parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
