We manage two apartments in this new and secure residence in Cagnes-sur-Mer, both on the second floor with elevator. They share the same configuration: 55 to 56 m², two real bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, terrace and private parking space in the basement. The beach is five minutes on foot and the shops in the neighborhood are just around the corner.
Two separate bedrooms change everything for two couples or a family: no one sleeps in the living room. This is rare on this coastline, where the studio and one-bedroom dominate.
The first apartment It is 56 m² with a terrace of 11 m². Its living room is decorated in light tones and with a blue sofa. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second a bunk bed that can be split into two single beds. It has a rating of 4.83 out of 5.
