A 75 m² apartment on the ground floor, five minutes' walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The shops, restaurants and Alsace-Lorraine tram stop are all within the same distance. For a stay in Nice without a car, the location does all the work.
The accommodation has three bedrooms, which is rare in Nice for this size of space and allows for three couples or a family to live there without anyone sleeping in the hallway. The first two open onto a balcony. Each of the three has its own TV and workspace.
The kitchen is separate, with its dining area, and equipped with a refrigerator, cooking hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has a shower and a dryer, and the toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Three points to keep in mind before booking, because they count. The six beds are three 140-bed sofa beds, one per room, and not fixed beds: it’s comfortable for two per room, but you have to know that. The accommodation is not air-conditioned, which is felt in July and August in Nice, even on the ground floor. And there is no parking: street parking is paid and covered parking is ten and twenty minutes on foot.
In return, everything is done on foot. The sea is five minutes away, the tram is five minutes away, Old Nice is a quarter-hour by bus, and the airport is a half-hour by tram without changing trains.
