This two-roomed apartment of 46 m² occupies the first floor, with elevator, of a quiet residence in Villeneuve-Loubet. Its 8 m² terrace overlooks the sea, and the beach is just in front: you just cross the street and you are there. Few properties of this range can write that sentence without nuance.
The lounge is air-conditioned, with a dining area, a TV and a 140-bed sofa, and it opens onto the terrace. The room, also air-conditioned, has a 160-bed queen-size bed. Four travelers therefore have everything they need to feel comfortable, with a real closed bedroom for the couple or the parents.
The kitchen is separate; it is not an open kitchenette that opens onto the living room. With the train station just five minutes away, the Côte d’Azur can be explored without having to take the car. Antibes is a four-minute train ride away: the old town, the Provençal market on Cours Masséna and the Picasso Museum. Cannes and the Croisette are eighteen minutes away, Nice and the Cours Saleya are seventeen minutes away.
In terms of markets, the village of Villeneuve-Loubet holds its own with its Carnot market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and an Italian market is set up on the avenue des Bugadières on the last Sunday of the month, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In July and August, night markets enliven the promenade of the Baie des Anges on Tuesdays and the Marina on Saturdays in the evening.
A few minutes by car, Marineland, Antibes Land and Aquasplash form the largest leisure center in the region, open from May to September. And for a day of green fun, the Vaugrenier Departmental Natural Park is just around the corner, with free admission.
