This two-room apartment of 47 m² is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Its advantage lies in its two figures: the beach is two minutes away on foot, and Cap 3000 is a minute away. You can park your car, or you don’t have to, and everything is done on foot.
By “crossing over,” Travers means that light comes in from both sides, and that each of the two main rooms has its own balcony. The air-conditioned living room opens onto the first one, with a queen-size sofa bed and a TV. The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony. This arrangement allows for four people to stay in the room without anyone crossing over into the other person’s room.
As for the living area, the view stretches over the pine trees and umbrellas to the sea. This is what you see from the breakfast table, and that’s what makes the difference compared to a similarly sized accommodation located a street further down.
The kitchen is separate, and this has become rare in this range. It is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, dining table and the matching tableware.
The bathroom has a bathtub, which is useful with children, and the toilets are in a separate room. Bed linen and towels are provided and washed between each stay. Plan to bring your beach towels; they are not included.

Cap 3000 is a minute’s walk away. It is the largest shopping center on the Côte d’Azur, useful for a rainy day as well as for a last-minute forgetfulness, and its terraces overlook the sea.
For the markets, the one in Place Georges Foata is held on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with producers from the local area, and the one in Layet Park is held on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The train station is ten minutes away on foot, which makes the region accessible without a car: Vieux Nice and Cours Saleya in nine minutes, the old town and the Provençal market of Antibes in sixteen minutes, Cannes and the Croisette in twenty-seven minutes.
