A 75 m² apartment with sea views, in the Magnan neighborhood, west of Nice. Magnan Beach is a minute away on foot, the Anglais Promenade begins at the end of the street, and the Magnan tram stop is also just a minute away: line 2 takes you to the airport in twenty minutes and to the city center without changing trains.
The lounge opens onto a 10 m² terrace facing the sea, with a sofa, a TV and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with cooking hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, wine glasses, crockery and utensils. The washing machine is in the kitchen. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi allow for remote working.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second also opens onto the terrace and has a desk and two bunk beds, providing four beds in total. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, one with a toilet, and a separate toilet completes the accommodation. Everything is air-conditioned.
The residence is quiet and has a swimming pool. Three things to know before booking, because they come as a surprise on site: the pool is only open from June 1st to September 30th, access is limited to four people per accommodation between July 1st and September 1st, and a bathing cap is mandatory; swim shorts are prohibited. Therefore, a group of six cannot swim there fully clothed in the middle of summer.
Two more points, to be frank. The four bunk beds are 80 cm wide and the ad recommends them for children rather than adults: the capacity for six therefore reads two adults and four children, not six adults. And the accommodation does not have parking space. Street parking is paid; the Indigo Magnan and Lenval parking lots are three and five minutes away on foot. In return, everything is done on foot or by tram from the building.
