This two-roomed apartment of 42 m² occupies the second floor of a recently built residence in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, served by an elevator. What sets it apart lies in one figure: a terrace of 22 m², which is more than half of the interior space, runs along the apartment and overlooks the sea over the roofs of the neighborhood.
This terrace is not a balcony where two people can stand upright. It is wide enough to accommodate both a dining table and a seating area with armchairs, and its glazed railing allows the view to be completely unobstructed from the seats. This is where the breakfasts and late afternoons from April to October take place.
Inside, the living room and kitchen form a single, bright space that opens onto the terrace through large windows. The kitchen is equipped for serious cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a bar that doubles as a side table. The sofa faces the TV, and the decor has been designed in aqua and brass tones rather than the usual neutral white of rental properties.

By train, the day is made without a car: Vieux-Nice and Cours Saleya in nine minutes, the old town and the Provençal market of Antibes in sixteen minutes, Cannes and the Croisette in twenty-seven minutes.
