This three-roomed apartment of 49 m² occupies the last level of a quiet and secure residence in Villeneuve-Loubet, and it is organized as a duplex. This makes it a family home rather than a couple’s pied-à-terre: the two bedrooms are located on the upper level, under the ceiling, and the living room remains intact on the lower level.
The living room, dining room and open kitchen are combined in a continuous volume with exposed beams and a wood-clad wall. The sofa faces the TV, the table seats four people, and a large glass window opens onto the balcony and greenery. The display makes the room bright for much of the day.
The kitchen, U-shaped and fully equipped, doesn’t look like a makeshift kitchenette: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and the corresponding dishes. The washing machine is in the bathroom, with an iron and a clothes rack, which makes a huge difference beyond just a few nights.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm wide, and the second one has two single beds measuring 90 cm wide. The ceilings follow the slope of the roof; a skylight illuminates the landing. The bathroom downstairs has a bathtub, a sink and toilets in green tones.

It’s the place to run in the morning or take the children out in the afternoon when the beach is crowded.
Five minutes by car, the leisure center of the Plain of the Loup brings together Antibes Land, Aquasplash and Adventure Golf. The amusement park and the water park are open from May to September, while the adventure golf is played more extensively during the season.
In terms of markets, the village of Villeneuve-Loubet holds its own with its Carnot market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and an Italian market is set up on the avenue des Bugadières on the last Sunday of the month, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In July and August, night markets enliven the promenade of the Baie des Anges on Tuesdays and the Marina on Saturdays in the evening.
