This two-roomed apartment of 42 m² is located in a new, quiet and secure residence in Villeneuve-Loubet, with a swimming pool. What distinguishes it from other apartments of this size is that it has a real ground-floor exterior: a terrace and a 20 m² landscaped garden, and not a balcony where you have to stand on two feet.
The other singularity is the address. The residence provides directly on the Vaugrenier departmental nature park : One hundred hectares of oaks, pines and meadows, a pond, marked trails, free entry. You leave your home and you’re there. No seaside accommodation can claim the same.
The interior is bright and well-organized. The living room includes a sofa bed, a dining area and a television, and it opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is open to this room and is complete with refrigerator and freezer, cooking plates, an inox oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and two coffee machines, one filter and one Nespresso.
The room receives one king size bed 180, This format is rarely found in short-term rentals at this size. Concealing curtains, extra pillows and blankets are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilets.
The air conditioning is reversible and the heating is central, so the accommodation is comfortable both in summer and in winter. A smoke detector is installed. For families, a sunbed and high chair are available on request.
The residence's swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, every day from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.. A private parking space in the basement is included, which solves the parking issue in July and August. Bed linen and towels are provided and washed between each stay.

The Vaugrenier departmental nature park is right outside the residence. One hundred hectares of oaks, pines and meadows, a pond, marked trails and picnic areas, two kilometers from the sea, and entry is free. It’s the place to run in the morning, to take the children for a walk at the end of the day, and to take refuge when the beach is crowded in August.
The beach is a quarter of an hour on foot, or eight minutes by car, with the promenade along the sea and restaurants right by the water. The Marina Baie des Anges port, with its four pyramids, extends the walk.
A few minutes by car, Marineland, Antibes Land, Aquasplash and Adventure Golf form the largest leisure center on the Côte d’Azur, open from May to September.
In terms of markets, the village of Villeneuve-Loubet holds its own with its Carnot market on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and an Italian market is set up on the Allée des Bugadières on the last Sunday of the month, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The perched village, its castle and the Escoffier museum of culinary art occupy an entire morning.
With the train station a quarter of an hour away on foot, Antibes is a four-minute train ride away, Nice Ville is seventeen minutes away, and Cannes is eighteen minutes away.
