A spacious and bright apartment on the second floor with elevator, in the Magnan neighborhood west of Nice. Magnan Beach is two minutes away on foot, the tram stop is three, and the supermarket is at the foot of the building. For a stay in Nice without a car, this is a hard place to beat.
The living room opens onto a first balcony and features a sofa and a connected TV. The kitchen opens onto the room and is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking hobs, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, tableware and kitchenware.
Both rooms overlook a second balcony, facing the garden of the residence. The first has a double bed, the second two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, the toilet and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
What you need to know, and this is what travelers say. The balcony in the living room overlooks the street, which is busy with people passing by. You can hear everything. The two bedrooms, on the other side, overlook the garden of the residence, and that’s where you sleep.
