It’s a studio, and it’s meant to be lived in: it’s designed for two people who want to wake up in front of the sea without paying the price of a two-bedroom apartment.
The height changes everything. On the fourth floor, the view extends over the promenade and opens onto the horizon, and the loggia remains sheltered from the wind. This is where breakfast is taken and the sunsets are watched, which almost all traveler reviews mention.
The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto the loggia. It includes a 160-cm sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area.
