A 48 m² apartment on the second floor of a quiet and secure residence, served by an elevator. It has been completely renovated, with a contemporary decoration in white and light wood. The large bay window in the living room opens onto a landscaped terrace, which is the real heart of the property once the season arrives.
The apartment has a convertible sofa, a TV and a dining area, and opens directly onto the terrace. The kitchen is open onto the living room, arranged around an island with stools. It is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils.
The room is air-conditioned, with a double bed and its own access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the toilets are separate. The accommodation can accommodate four guests, two in the bedroom and two on the convertible sofa in the living room.
