An apartment of 35 m² in a quiet and secure residence, on the edge of the water. Its balcony overlooks the Mediterranean directly, and the beach is a minute’s walk away. On this coast, being truly face-to-face with the sea with a parking space in the basement is a rare combination: one goes without the other normally.
The lounge is air-conditioned and features a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress, a TV, and a dining area. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking hobs, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, tableware and kitchenware.
The room is also air-conditioned, with a double bed measuring 140 cm wide. A special feature to note: the shower area is located in the room, and the toilets are separate. The accommodation can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room.
