An apartment of 35 m² in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer, modern and air-conditioned, designed for two people. It is the only one of our accommodations in the town that is truly located in the city center: the shops, restaurants, and bus stops are within walking distance, and Intermarché is two minutes away.
The living room has a sofa and a TV. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. The bedroom has a double bed, the bathroom has a shower, and the toilets are separate.
The bedding is made of cotton, the towels are provided, and the welcome products are no longer in single-use plastic. Plan to bring your beach towels.
Two things to know. The accommodation is on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator. It also does not have parking space: parking is done on the street, either for a fee or in the city parking lots. The nearest one, Place Sainte Luce, is a one-minute walk away; Square Bourdet is three minutes away and Béal is five minutes away.
It’s a city apartment rather than a beach one: the beach is ten minutes away by car. In exchange, everything is done on foot from the door, and the Cagnes-sur-Mer train station puts Nice at a quarter of an hour away and Antibes at eight minutes without a car.
