Un logement prêt à accueillir, à chaque arrivée. Entre un départ à 10 h et une arrivée à 16 h, tout doit être prêt : logement nettoyé, linge changé, consommables remis, contrôle fait. Nous tenons ce créneau à chaque séjour, pour que vos voyageurs entrent dans un intérieur impeccable.
Living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are cleaned between each stay.
Linens and towels are provided by us: you have nothing to buy or wash.
Le kit d’accueil est remis en place à chaque séjour : papier toilette, café, liquide vaisselle, tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, éponge, sacs poubelle et produits de salle de bain. Vous n’avez rien à racheter, et rien ne manque à l’arrivée.
Housekeeping and laundry are included in the Serenity package at 20 % excl. tax and the Comfort package at 24 % excl. tax. With the Digital package at 10 % excl. tax, these tasks remain your responsibility, while we take care of the listing, pricing, and calendar.
The protocol
An Airbnb cleaning is not a standard residential cleaning. It is done under time constraints, between a departure and an arrival, and it concludes with a thorough inspection of the property.
