On Airbnb, guests choose with their eyes first: photos win the click. An Airbnb photographer does not produce architectural photography, they produce images that fill a calendar. We regularly see properties that were stagnating take off again after a single visit from the photographer, with nothing else changed.

An Airbnb photographer does more than take beautiful pictures: they think about how guests browse a listing. On Airbnb as on Booking, everything hinges on the cover thumbnail, then on the first three photos. The rest of the listing is only read afterwards, once the guest has clicked in. The shoot takes place in a property ready to welcome guests: cleaning done, beds made, rooms tidied and decluttered. We choose the time of day when natural light shows your interior and outdoor spaces at their best.

Volume, layout, atmosphere details: every room is photographed from its best angle, so that guests can picture themselves there and book.

Brightness, contrast and colours are adjusted for vivid, true-to-life images. We then choose the photo order, putting the strongest first, and add them to your listing before distributing it on every platform.
All these photos were taken by our Airbnb photographer in properties we manage, in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Nice, Valbonne and Cagnes-sur-Mer. A villa with a pool and a seafront studio are not photographed in the same way: in one case you show the volume and the outdoor spaces, in the other you look for the light and the view. The principle stays the same for your property, whatever its size.
The shoot is carried out as soon as your property goes on the market with the Sérénité and Confort plans. With Digitale, we work from your photos. It is not charged separately, and it is redone when the property really changes: new furniture, renovation work, a newly fitted terrace. A listing whose photos no longer match the property disappoints guests, and it ends up showing in the reviews. The files belong to you: you get them and can use them wherever you like, even if you stop working with us.
Because photos are the first thing guests look at when choosing: the first one is shown large in the search results and often decides the click. A professional photographer captures the light, volume and atmosphere of a property far better than a smartphone.

Our photographer comes to your property, prepared for the occasion. They photograph every room and the outdoor spaces, in wide shots and close-ups, then retouch the images before they go online.
Airbnb requires at least 5 photos to publish a listing and highlights the first 5. We photograph the whole property, every room and the outdoor spaces, so that guests can discover it in full.
Yes. The same photos are used on every platform where we distribute your listing: Airbnb, Booking, Abritel and others.
